In this full time role, you will help youth aged 15-30 facing multiple barriers to employment through individualized support, career goal identification, and skill development. Engaging with employers, you will advocate for inclusive hiring and create opportunities for participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess individual employment goals and support needs
• Develop personalized employment action plans




• Provide one-on-one coaching for job readiness
• Foster relationships with employers for job placements
• Promote program services via community outreach

Requirements:
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities
• Background in employment services or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual tools
• Ability to travel within the community regularly
