We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team. Duties: Create and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities
Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment
Document observations and complete pedagogical narrations
Provide individualized guidance to support each child's needs
Monitor and assess each child's development and progress
Collaborate with families, colleagues and communicate regularly about children's progress.
Excellent spoken and written English language a must
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
Requirements: License to practice as an Early Childhood Educator and/or Infant and Toddler Educator
Valid First Aid/CPR
Food Safe (Basic - Level 1)
Clear Criminal Record Check from the Ministry of Justice
2-3 positive professional references
Experience working with children in an educational setting
Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach and open-ended play based learning
Familiar with BC's Early Learning Framework, ECEBC's Code of Ethics,



and ECPN
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to effectively manage a classroom of young children
Knowledgeable about children's nutritional needs to educate about our Nutrition Program
