Cougle Property Care is hiring a hands-on Team Lead. If you take pride in quality work, know how to keep a job moving, and can lead by example, we want to hear from you. As a Team Lead you will be running one truck and have one team member under you, offering services including lawn mowing, whipper snipping, hedging, fertilizing, liming, aeration, overseeding, landscaping, window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, leaf cleanup, junk removal, and tree removal.

What You'll Do

- Operate and be responsible for one assigned truck and its equipment
- Lead and direct one team member on daily job sites
- Assist with planning the day's route and workload to hit scheduled jobs efficiently
- Deliver high-quality property care work and hold your crew to the same standard
- Communicate with the office on job status, materials, and any issues
- Ensure secure work practices and proper use/maintenance of equipment
- Represent the company professionally in front of clients

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in property care, landscaping,



grounds maintenance, or a related trade
- Leadership ability — comfortable directing a team member and taking ownership of results
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Physically capable of outdoor, hands-on work in all seasons
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to communicate effectively with clients
- Must be able to properly lift 50 lbs (23 kg) safely
- Comfortable working on ladders and up to 3 stories

Additional Assets

- Mechanically inclined
- Fall arrest certification
- Chain saw operation certification
