Job Title:Technical Analyst

Location:Saint John, NB

Job Type:Full time

Shift:Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Wage:$23.00-$28.00/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be aiding in installing OS, Apps, and updates to company devices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installing Operating Systems using Autopilot onto company devices
- Documentation of tasks and apps installed
- Troubleshoot issues and follow instructions
- Assign devices to users via Intune

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is an asset
- 1+ years of experience in a technical analyst, desk side support, or similar role.
- Experience with Intune is an asset
- Experience with installing operating systems via Auto Pilot is a definite asset
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, Intune, and Network tools
