Position Overview

The Network IT Administrator is responsible for managing and securing IT systems across all AM/PM branches. This role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of networks, systems, and devices while protecting the company's best interests. The Systems & Network Administrator also acts as a key advisor on infrastructure improvements and supports all employee IT needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and secure network infrastructure across all locations (firewalls, VPNs, monitoring, uptime)
- Administer user access, onboarding, and offboarding with strict security controls
- Maintain internal servers, backups, and data protection systems
- Manage and support dispatch software and phone systems (VoIP/PBX)
- Oversee employee devices (setup, maintenance, security, lifecycle management)
- Handle all employee IT-related requests and provide timely technical support
- Manage IT vendors, subscriptions, and billing with cost and risk oversight
- Act as an advisor on infrastructure changes, recommending improvements for security, scalability, and efficiency
- Enforce IT policies and ensure employee compliance with security and operational processes
- Monitor, identify, and respond to security risks and incidents
- Availability for after-hours emergency support when required
- Support side projects and additional administrative tasks as required

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years in an IT Administrator or similar role
- Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environments
- Hands-on experience with IP phone systems (VoIP/PBX)
- Experience managing SSL certificates, access control, and security systems
- Proven ability to support networks, servers, and end-user environments
