The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing a broad range of maintenance, repair, construction, and facilities support services across NSCAD University's campuses. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that university buildings, systems, and equipment are maintained in a safe, functional, and efficient manner. The incumbent performs preventative and corrective maintenance on building infrastructure, responds to service requests and emergencies, supports regulatory compliance, and contributes to a protected and welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
