What You'll Be Doing

- Establish a positive connection and a solid understanding of the learners' needs, while actively engaging the learner
- Provide tutoring sessions
- Complete electronic administrative documents in a timely manner

Qualifications





- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of spoken and written French
- Outstanding ease in using information and communication technologies, in particular MS Outlook and Teams, as 100% of tutoring sessions are virtual
- A working computer with webcam/video capabilities
- Professionalism, dynamism, creativity, ability to adapt to different types and levels of learners
- Tutoring or teaching work experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Canadian Federal Public Service Commission exams and levels A, B and C, is an asset

Additional Information

Location: Remote work across Canada

Status: Self-employed

Clientele: Federal public servants

Work week: Between 25 and 40 hours/week depending on your availability

Availability: Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Start date: As soon as possible

Hourly rate: $25.50 to $29.50, depending on type of tutoring session + possibility of bonus
