Sherwood Park Family Practice PCN is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing services within a family practice clinic. You will work closely with physicians and the care team to develop and implement care plans, perform assessments, and follow up with patients across a range of clinical conditions.
Key duties include injections, dressings, pap tests, diabetes and prenatal education, and patient self-management support.
