The Systems Analyst in the IMIT Ambulatory department plays a critical role in requirements gathering, testing, and implementation of technology solutions. Collaborating with clinical and business stakeholders, you will drive the rationalization of systems and execute the OPOR strategy across NSH and IWK. Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document clinical technology requirements
• Evaluate requests for system changes and improvements
• Troubleshoot application errors and resolve system issues
• Communicate system changes to end users effectively
• Maintain documentation and system configurations properly
Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Business Analysis or Health related field
• 1-3 years of experience in systems analysis or support
• Familiarity with EMRs like Telus Med Access
• Robust skills in communication and collaboration
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
