Construction Site Foreman
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Site Foreman to supervise daily job-site activities and lead our construction crew.

Responsibilities

Supervise and organize daily crew tasks.

Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.

Check measurements, workmanship, and project requirements.

Coordinate tools, materials, and manpower.

Communicate job progress, delays, and site concerns to management.

Maintain a clean and protected work site.

Assist with hands-on construction work when needed.

Qualifications

Construction and supervisory experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Able to read plans and measurements.

Dependable, organized, and safety-focused.

Valid drivers licence preferred.

Experience with decks, railings, fencing, pergolas, or exterior construction is an asset.
