Lead the planning, development, and execution ofhardscape projects (concrete work, structural features, infrastructure, drainage systems, technology integration)
Manage a $1M hardscape division, focusing on growth and profitability
Collaborate with developers, general contractors, builders, and architects to deliver high-quality hardscape solutions
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities

Candidates should have the below experience.
3+ years of experiencein construction, particularly in large commercial projects
Strong estimating experience, this role is onsite daily, with some out in the field trips
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment related to hardscape
Job Requirements: Qualifications
5+ years of experiencein hardscape or landscape construction, particularly in large commercial projects
Must have strong Constructing Estimating/bidding experience, preparing, submitting, presenting, and winning
Proven track record of managing teams and projects with budgets exceeding $1M
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment related to hardscape
Ability to read blueprints and work with architects and engineers
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
Understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
Experience working with developers, general contractors, and other key stakeholders
