In this pivotal role, you will manage and enhance all Pilot Flight and Ground Training Programs at Canadian North. Collaborate closely with Chief Pilots and cabin crew trainers to integrate Human Factors and Crew Resource Management training. Continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards will be your key focus in maintaining quality across operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement all pilot training programs
• Ensure safety policy adherence among Flight Operations personnel
• Maintain Flight Operations Quality Assurance policies




• Conduct audits and risk assessments as needed
• Oversee Corporate Learning Management System for aviation staff

Requirements:
• ATPL or equivalent with 2+ years training experience
• Robust knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations
• Excellent public speaking and course design skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate in Inuktut is an asset
