Spence Diamonds in Ottawa, Canada, is seeking a Sales Support Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team and uphold an exceptional client experience, whether in person or over the phone. You will oversee data entry, inventory, shipping/receiving, and training while partnering with the Store Director to maintain showroom standards.
We require 1–2+ years of supervisory experience and 5+ years in customer service, with availability weekdays, weekends and evenings.
