This role reports to the Director of Revenue, Lotteries & Marketing and is pivotal in the Revenue Generation team. You will spearhead the strategy for government, foundation, and major donor outreach to develop impactful funding opportunities. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in donor engagement, philanthropic storytelling, and team-oriented project management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop customized stewardship strategies for donor engagement
• Collaborate with teams to ensure a donor-centric approach
• Monitor fundraising metrics to enhance effectiveness




• Cultivate relationships with government partners
• Submit high-value grant proposals and manage reporting requirements

Requirements:
• 5+ years in fundraising or donor relations experience
• Proven success securing six-figure commitments
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Strong project management capabilities
