This is a role where you'll support the Director, Product in delivering our credit card and payments platform - from partner requirements through launch and iteration. You'll work on the same problems as the broader Product team - partner integrations, platform features, execution across banks and fintech clients - with more hands‑on ownership of the day‑to‑day details.
This role is ideal for early‑career product builders who want real scope, direct exposure to how a platform gets sold, built, and delivered to major financial institutions, and a mentor who works one level up from them.
Who You Are Degree in Engineering, CS or a related field, with 1-2 years of hands‑on product,
analytical, or technical experience (internships and co‑ops count)
High agency self‑starter who takes ownership of their work seriously
Curious about how credit cards and payments actually work, not just the features that sit on top of them
Thrive in a fast‑paced, execution‑focused, and sometimes ambiguous environment
What You'll Do Support partner integrations and onboarding as we deploy to new banks and fintech clients, through launch and iteration. Here, you’ll interact directly with the our clients throughout the whole process.
Own product requirements and specs, translating partner and business needs into clear requirements and technical specifications
Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance on day‑to‑day delivery and technical design discussions
Dig into product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to inform prioritization and measure post‑launch impact
Document specs, decisions, and workflows so cross‑functional teams stay aligned as the product evolves
What You'll Bring A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a technical/analytical role
Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical workflows
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with sharp design thinking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to align stakeholders and brief both engineers and executives clearly
Willingness to learn the business domain - credit cards, payments, and rewards - not just describe the features that sit on top of it
Bonus If You Have Prior experience in fintech, payments, or credit card infrastructure specifically
Exposure to B2B product implementations or partner integrations
Experience working with AI coding tools or LLM APIs in a product or analytical context
Hands‑on experience with tools like Linear or Confluence
What We Offer Competitive compensation and equity package
Remote‑first workplace
Comprehensive health plan and PTO
A team that treats AI as a force multiplier, not a threat
Real mentorship and a front‑row seat to how our platform is run
Clear path to grow into a mid‑level PM role as you demonstrate ownership and judgment
Other Information Remote (US/Canada) | Full-time
Compensation: CA $85,000-$110,000
Base salary range: For this role, candidates can expect a base salary range, described in the posting. Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and role level. Exceptional candidates may be considered above the top of the range, and pay can increase quickly for those who make a big impact in the role.
