Key Responsibilities:
• Lead integration project management across newly acquired companies
• Build and manage legal integration workflows and resources
• Support due diligence by reviewing data rooms

Requirements:
• Licensed paralegal with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1–3 years in corporate governance or legal support
• Strong knowledge of corporate practices and laws
