You will own workflows across product orders, shipping, warranty/RMA, projects and supplier actions, ensuring accurate records in Monday.com, Jotform, and QuickBooks, and resolving discrepancies with responsible teams.
You will coordinate with Project Management, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, suppliers and installers, communicating risks and actions clearly, with recommended solutions.
