Black Rock Oceanfront Resort is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, enhancing our resort's reputation, and providing high-quality service in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to anticipate and meet guests' needs.
Maximize food and drink revenue through excellent sales skills.
Stay updated on industry trends by participating in educational opportunities, reading relevant publications, and maintaining a robust knowledge of our offerings.
Assist with daily cleaning and weekly side duties to ensure a pristine environment for our guests.
Communicate effectively with the Culinary and Front of House teams to maintain quality in both product and service.
Complete cash handling and balancing tasks with accuracy and integrity.
Follow beverage control and responsible serving guidelines.
Share information on Black Rock Oceanfront Resort amenities, services, and local area attractions with guests.




Comply with all Health & Safety and Security regulations.
Adhere strictly to Black Rock Oceanfront Resort’s policies and procedures.
Requirements: A commitment to the guest experience and to representing Black Rock with pride and integrity.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
A team-oriented attitude and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic work environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
