In this pivotal position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet complex infrastructure and business needs. Your expertise will directly influence the scalability, security, and effectiveness of core ITSM modules and ITOM capabilities, including Discovery and CMDB.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Support core modules like Incident, Change, and Service Catalog
• Design integrations using REST APIs and SOAP web services




• Administer and optimize MID Server architecture
• Produce technical documentation and perform testing

Requirements:
• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Robust background in ITSM and ITOM solutions
• Experience with Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping
• Hands-on integration development experience
