In this temporary role, located at 250 College Street, the Nurse Team Lead will work closely with the Manager and clinic leadership. Responsibilities include communication of client admissions and discharges, staff scheduling, and guiding a small caseload. The position demands adherence to quality standards while fostering a cohesive, supportive environment for staff and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and ensure accurate client admissions and discharges
• Develop and manage staff schedules for optimal clinic coverage
• Facilitate orientation and training for current clinic staff
• Guide treatment planning meetings and supervise care delivery
• Maintain a culture of safety and quality care compliance
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• B.Sc. in Nursing and current B.C.L.S. certification
• Minimum two years in mental health outpatient settings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bilingualism is an asset
