In this full-time position, you'll assist with mealtime activities, encourage resident participation, and maintain a protected environment. You will undergo on-the-job training while also completing the Health Career Access Program (HCAP) for registration with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with meals and transportation to dining areas
• Encourage and support participation in daily activities
• Perform housekeeping tasks, ensuring cleanliness and safety




• Greet visitors and provide necessary information
• Complete electronic and paper documentation as required

Requirements:
• Completed Grade 10, including English 10 or equivalency
• Commitment to 12-18 month program duration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform physical duties required by the role
• Clear Criminal Record Check and up-to-date immunization record
