Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders
Processing orders in the system
Sourcing materials for customers when currently not in stock
Consistent training and understanding of current products
Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
Handling returns as required
Keeping counter and sales area clean
Merchandising and showcasing product
Other duties as required
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Ability to develop long-term relationships and generate referrals from your customers
Impeccable organizational skills with high attention to detail
Time management & multitasking skills to serve several customers at the same time
Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a rapid-paced work environment




EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required
Post-Secondary courses in Plumbing, Electrical or Heating are considered an asset
Knowledge of the Plumbing, Electrical and Heating industry or a background in plumbing products would be considered an asset
