As a vital member of CarePartners' Leadership Team, the Nurse Manager oversees community nursing services and mentors field nurses. This position requires effective care plan development with a strong focus on quality patient outcomes. You will also ensure compliance with health regulations, promote community services, and lead health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, supervise, and coach nursing staff in the field
• Develop and maintain effective care plans for community health
• Monitor adherence to health policies and best practices




• Promote community health services and maintain public relations
• Provide guidance on health and safety matters

Requirements:
• RN degree required with 3-5 years of experience
• Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Strong case management knowledge and skills
• Proven communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Must have a vehicle for travel and a clear background check
