We are looking for a Panel Shop Manager to lead our panel shop operations and play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects. In this role, you'll take ownership of the full panel lifecycle — from design through fabrication, quality assurance, and delivery, while managing a team, a budget, and the overall performance of the department. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on precision, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and enjoys building a strong, motivated team around them.
What You’ll Do Lead and guide the panel shop team in day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless coordination between design, fabrication, testing, and delivery — rolling up your sleeves to actively participate when needed.
Oversee the panel design process, working closely with the design team to translate technical requirements into productive,



effective panel layouts.
Manage the fabrication process, ensuring every panel is built to the highest standards of quality and technical compliance.
Implement rigorous quality assurance protocols so every panel leaving the shop meets or exceeds industry standards.
Manage panel shop operations in alignment with allocated budgets, and own the department's P&L.;
Mentor and guide panel shop resources across all aspects of their work; run regular project/task meetings and help your team clear obstacles.
Foster a positive, fulfilling work environment where people want to grow and stay.
Stay flexible with travel, up to approximately 25%.
