Join e-Zinc in Mississauga as a Senior Scientist focused on Electrolyte Development. Drive innovation in energy storage technology while collaborating with a talented team in a full time capacity.

As a vital member of the Technology team, you will contribute to the formulation and characterization of advanced electrolytes for e-Zinc’s cutting-edge technology. Your expertise will be key in scaling lab innovations to production, and you'll collaborate with teams across electrode development, product engineering, and manufacturing to advance clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical deliverables for cross-functional R&D; projects
• Identify mechanisms concerning electrolyte formulation and operations
• Develop simulations for insights into battery dynamics




• Execute characterization on electrolytes and conduct experiments
• Document results in technical reports and presentations

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in chemistry or related field with 7+ years industry experience
• Proven experience with commercially viable battery electrolytes
• Expert understanding of electrochemistry and thermodynamics
• Familiarity with simulation software such as COMSOL
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data
