At FOX, you’ll take on a critical role in optimizing the AdRise platform and monetization processes. Leveraging your knowledge of A/B testing and machine learning, you will partner with Product and Engineering leaders to shape strategic data initiatives. This position combines technical expertise with leadership, mentoring other data scientists to enhance data science applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own AdRise's experimentation ecosystem including A/B testing frameworks
• Define core KPIs tied to marketplace performance
• Lead initiatives across targeting, attribution,



and auction dynamics
• Build analytical and machine learning systems for monetization
• Partner with leadership to prioritize data-driven opportunities

Requirements:
• Solid SQL expertise with large-scale data systems
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis
• Knowledge of experimentation and applied statistics
• Proven track record in monetization environments
