We’re currently seeking Seasonal Vineyard Workers to support the full cycle of vine development in the field. This vital role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the land, take pride in their work, and want to grow alongside an experienced and supportive team. About You
You are:

Highly dependable and detail‑oriented

Hardworking and eager to learn

A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Passionate about agriculture, sustainability, and continuous improvement

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions





Qualifications & Experience

Experience in viticulture or agricultural fieldwork is an asset

Ability to work a variable schedules of 30 - 60 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (with occasional Sundays) when the season demands it.

Willingness and ability to travel to vineyard sites in West Kelowna, East Kelowna, and the South Okanagan

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Working outdoors in all weather conditions

Handling heavy loads

Physically Demanding

Hand‑eye coordination

Bending, crouching, kneeling

Job Duties

Planting, Pruning, Suckering, Tying, Wire Lifting, Leaf Removal, Thinning, Harvesting, Weeding, Rock Picking, and other farm duties as assigned.

Supporting irrigation repairs and maintenance.

Participate in field crew staff meetings and health and safety toolbox meetings.

Follow health and safety policies and programs.
