This full time Clinical Safety Leader role within the Patient Safety team focuses on partnering with staff and physicians to address critical patient safety issues. You will use Just Culture principles and systems thinking to mentor clinical teams in safety event analysis. Supporting Quality Assurance Committees expands your impact by leading safety reviews, analyzing data trends, and developing educational materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on safety initiatives
• Mentor Quality Assurance Committee Chairs
• Lead quality assurance reviews (QARs)
• Analyze patient safety data for system-level improvements
• Develop and deliver patient safety education
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare
• Strong understanding of quality improvement
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous project management experience preferred
