Collaborating closely with the General Manager, you will ensure customers receive the right trailers and containers at the right time. Key Responsibilities:
• Own the rental experience from quotes to return
• Collaborate on pricing and rental strategy with the General Manager
• Match customer needs with trailer/container solutions
• Schedule deliveries to ensure timely service
• Conduct inspections and maintain records of trailer condition

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience
• Excellent people skills and customer connection
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
