The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) seeks a Full-Time Advanced Practice Clinical Leader for the Access to Care Program. With a minimum of five years in mental health, you'll focus on professional practice and system transformation. Your expertise will support evidence-informed practices, enhance patient outcomes, and promote high-quality, equitable care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advance clinical excellence and quality improvement initiatives
• Mentor and provide clinical consultation across outpatient services
• Foster collaboration with operational and physician leaders
• Support development of clinical standards and measurement-based care
• Champion recovery-oriented practices and patient safety
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a regulated health profession
• Minimum five years of experience in mental health and addictions
• Expertise in CBT, DBT, ACT, and IPT psychotherapies
• Ability to provide clinical supervision for psychotherapy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
