The Academic Strategist collaborates with the Academic Strategist Coordinator to cultivate an equitable learning setting. You will guide students in overcoming learning barriers by teaching metacognition, self-advocacy, and effective study techniques. Your role is crucial in ensuring that students registered with Access and Inclusion Services achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate learning barriers with students directly
• Develop individualized strategies for student independence
• Lead engagement events to foster social connection




• Prepare and review learning strategy materials
• Facilitate accommodated exam services for students

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Disability Studies or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role
• Knowledge of psychoeducational assessments
• Experience supporting diverse learners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
