The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering integrated, sustainable solutions and will be responsible for guiding a multidisciplinary team, setting a clear vision, and driving continuous improvement.Your backgroundOver 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, including institutional projects in the fields of plumbing, ventilation, and other complex mechanical systems.Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.Proven ability to communicate a clear vision, inspire, and create a high level of commitment within the team.Strong interest in mentoring and knowledge sharing, with an aptitude for guiding and developing the skills of team members.Expertise in mechanical design, with an ability to improve design processes.Passion for innovation and continuous improvement of practices.This description does not constitute an exhaustive list of the activities, duties, or responsibilities that may be required of the employee.
