Projects Director - America Introduction My name is Marine Passchier, Recruitment Consultant at FED Manu Tech, specialized in technical and manufacturing roles.I am currently looking for a Projects Director - America for an international industrial group recognized for its sustainable innovation and global footprint.Mission Reporting to the global management team, you will lead the strategic and commercial growth of the Americas region (Canada, USA, Mexico, South America).Based in the North shore of Montreal, you will oversee business development and operational performance across a portfolio of long-term industrial projects.Main responsibilities :- Develop and execute the business growth strategy across key markets, with a strong focus on the U. S.- Drive expansion through new product launches and diversification initiatives.- Lead and empower commercial and technical teams across the region.- Manage regional P&L and ensure financial and operational excellence.- Act as the key representative to clients, public stakeholders,
