Support young learners at Current Hall School as a Teaching Assistant in the Preparatory Divisions. This full-time role focuses on enhancing the learning experience for children from Reception to Year 1. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide high-quality support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Key responsibilities include one-to-one coaching, small group interventions, and assisting in class to promote engagement and success in learning. Contributing positively to the wider school community is also essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide in-class support under guidance from teachers
- Monitor and evaluate pupil learning and progress
- Attend to personal and social needs of pupils
- Create engaging and stimulating learning environments
- Supervise classes and activities when needed Requirements:
- A Level educated or equivalent
- Experience in an educational environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and discretion
- Patient and empathetic with diverse learning needs Make a difference in the lives of young learners at New Hall School.
