The Team

Lead will manage both small- and large-scale projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, quality control, and proactive support for business processes. Leading a team of IT Project Managers and Business Analysts, you will guide project execution and foster stakeholder collaboration throughout various departments. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project portfolio status reports and resource management
- Supervise and direct project teams effectively




- Identify and address resource needs and quality control issues
- Coach team members and enhance skill development
- Build relationships with partners and vendors for optimal contributions

Requirements:

- 7-10 years in IT project management and digital transformation
- Bachelor's degree in project management or equivalent
- Preferred PMP certification
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Bilingual in English and French for external communication
