As the Regional Population & Public Health Maternal/Child Health Leader, you will develop and support pivotal maternal and child health strategies across Fraser Health. Your expertise will drive evidence-based practices and strengthen community partnerships while ensuring alignment with health performance objectives. This role requires a leader with a passion for improving health outcomes and supporting health care providers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead systems analysis and outreach strategy development
• Conduct research and evaluations of health programs




• Develop support systems for health care providers
• Ensure awareness of performance measures among staff
• Respond to emerging issues with strategic messaging
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in relevant field
• 7-10 years of public health experience
• Knowledge of social determinants of health
• Grant writing and project management experience
• Leadership skills in health promotion and community engagement
