Benjamin Towing has been one of the most reliable local facilities in the Tri-Cities for more than 17 years. We are seeking a reliable Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team. This role involves coordinating towing services and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

- Dispatch tow truck operators to service calls promptly and effectively.
- Manage incoming service requests and provide timely responses to customers.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to schedules and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, services, and driver activities.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Utilize dispatch software to optimize routes and increase efficiency.
- Process the release of impounded vehicles.

Requirements:

- Must have experience working in an impound lot.
- Proven experience in dispatching, preferably in a towing or roadside assistance setting.




- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with GPS, dispatching software, and Towbook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle high-stress situations.
- Ability to solve problems independently and promptly in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Clean criminal record.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
