Technical Trainer – Aerospace Industry

Your Responsibilities Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for:

- Analyzing training needs to define learning priorities and strategies - Developing training plans for various operational roles - Designing, reviewing, and improving training content with internal and external experts - Creating innovative training tools and materials - Delivering technical training sessions and supporting employees in task execution - Keeping training materials up to date and performing necessary revisions - Evaluating program effectiveness and measuring outcomes - Monitoring regulatory and technical training within the certification system - Preparing and archiving training certificates in digital records - Providing training records to clients and authorities as required - Understanding and addressing client training requirements related to airworthiness agreements - Deploying specific training programs based on contractual agreements - Performing any other related duties Profile Sought - Training and experience in aircraft maintenance (or equivalent combination considered) - Experience delivering training and providing on-the-job coaching - Robust initiative and solution-oriented mindset - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Bilingual French/English (spoken and written) Why Join Us - Stimulating environment in a high-tech industry - Key role at the heart of talent development - Opportunities for professional growth Interested?
