Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Senior Key Account Manager for a leading global consumer packaged goods (CPG/FMCG) organization in North York, ON.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and commercially driven sales professional to manage key retail accounts, develop customer growth strategies, and drive sales performance across the Canadian market.

Working closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category teams, you will be responsible for growing market share, maximizing trade investments, and delivering sustainable business results.

Pay Rate: $60/hour Location: North York, ON Shift: Monday-Friday | Shift within 8:00am-5:00pm | Hybrid (3 days a week on site) Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 12 months contract with a possibility of extension Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy .

Here''s why you should apply: Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Account Management & Growth Strategy Develop and execute customer business plans that align with annual sales, revenue, and profitability objectives Identify opportunities to drive distribution, shelving, merchandising, pricing, and promotional performance Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, category buyers, and decision-makers Develop long-term Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and customer growth strategies Identify performance gaps and implement initiatives to improve results Business Planning & Budget Management Manage trade spending and customer investments to ensure alignment with business objectives Develop annual sales forecasts, budgets,



and volume plans Monitor program performance and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI Support annual business planning and revenue growth initiatives Client Development & Negotiation Lead customer negotiations, contract renewals, and promotional planning activities Present customer plans, business reviews, and strategic growth initiatives Develop compelling sales stories and business recommendations using consumer and market insights Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts Sales Analysis & Category Insights Analyze sales performance, category trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity Develop recommendations for category reviews, promotional planning, and assortment strategies Conduct post-program evaluations and develop actionable improvement plans Support planogram reviews and retail execution strategies Inventory & Forecasting Manage customer forecasts and inventory performance Monitor sales, inventory levels, and stock movements Develop recommendations to improve inventory sell-through and product freshness Support seasonal and promotional planning activities Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with Trade Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain,



and Field Sales teams Coordinate execution of promotional programs and business initiatives Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure business continuity and execution excellence Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field 4+ years of experience within the CPG/FMCG industry Proven success managing major retail or grocery accounts Strong understanding of grocery retail, distribution networks, and customer buying processes Experience in category management, trade marketing, and customer business planning Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills Strong analytical and financial acumen Advanced Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis Experience with customer POS systems and retail analytics tools Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable business strategies Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and trade investments Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
