What Youll Do: Schedule service, listen carefully and document customer concerns.

Prepare estimates, explain needed repairs and maintenance, and provide clear updates.

Coordinate technicians and parts to keep repairs moving.

Complete repair orders, warranty claims, invoices and payments accurately.

Manage ATV reservations, agreements, safety orientations, check-outs and returns.

Keep rental units clean, maintained and ready for the next adventure.

What You Bring: Service advising or rental experience,



strong customer service skills; (automotive, powersports, RV, marine or recreation experience is an asset.) Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and calm under pressure.

Comfort with dealership software; CDK, PBS or similar experience is an asset. A valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract. A genuine passion for the rider culture, whether dirt, snow, or pavement.
