Significant Client Success leadership experience, within a B2B workplace. A strong people leader with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.

Someone who is confident voicing their opinions, challenging ideas respectfully, and contributing to executive-level discussions. A leader who can serve as the voice of the Client Success team while advocating for both the customer and the business.

Proven experience driving customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and long-term client relationships.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to improve processes, identify opportunities, and drive operational excellence.

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. A hands-on, accountable leader who is comfortable balancing strategy with day-to-day execution.
