The HR Manager will partner closely with business leaders while actively supporting day to day HR operations.Key Responsibilities- Build and lead the HR function with a keen eye for detail and data driven decisions- Develop HR strategy, policies, and scalable people programs- Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management,



and compensation- Implement HRIS platforms, onboarding processes, and compliance frameworks- Support leaders with workforce planning, coaching, and organizational design- Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation (ESA, OHSA, Human Rights)- Manage an existing team of 1What We’re Looking For- 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience- Proven experience building HR processes and systems in scaling or low structure environments- Strong hands-on HR generalist background (recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, succession planning, compensation)- CHRP designation required (CHRL considered an asset)- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable rolling up sleeves and working in a matrix environmentAdditional information:- Fully onsite, Monday to Friday- Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 CAD/year + bonus and competitive advantages- Location: Mississauga, ON
