This role requires active operational leadership where you will demonstrate exemplary cleaning standards during training and step in to supervise workflow execution, ensuring all work is finished on schedule, within budget and to the set benchmarks.Operations Management: Plan, organize and direct the daily operations of the business to ensure efficiency and high standards across all cleaning services.Policy Implementation: Develop, establish and enforce company policies and procedures for cleaning staff.Financial Oversight: Manage the company budget, control operational costs and oversee inventory cleaning supplies and equipment.Human Resources: Hire, train, schedule and supervise cleaning staff and crew leaders.Client Relations: Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, liaise with current clients and ensure client satisfaction with the cleaning services.Marketing and Contracts: Manage business contracts and establish new clients through advertising and marketing the business services.
