Job Title: Senior Applications Architect (ServiceNow) Location: Toronto, ON Pay rate: CAD$110/Hr - CAD$120/Hr Description The Senior Applications Architect is responsible for designing, leading, and governing complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules. This role ensures scalable, secure, and well-integrated solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. Qualifications 5+ years of experience architecting or leading complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM. Deep expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and enterprise data governance. Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, monitoring/event ingestion, and identity integrations (SSO/SAML/OAuth). Proven experience working in large, complex, or public-sector environments with formal governance and audit requirements. Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM); architect-level recognition is an asset. Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App, Virtual Agent, AI-assisted workflows, or Copilot-style integrations is an asset. Approved ServiceNow architecture designs, standards, and reference models. Integration architecture, data flow documentation, and decision records. Architecture review outcomes and platform roadmap recommendations.
