A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Analyst (CAMA) Position type: Full Time,Contract/ Contract to Hire Duration: 24 Month Location: Fredericton, NB This is a Remote Role As Business Analyst (CAMA)you will: Job Description Day to Day Responsibilities: Demonstrated hands-on experience in requirement gathering, current and future state analysis for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) in large enterprise-level project delivery (in past 10 years).

Demonstrated experience documenting business and system requirements, diagramming the required process flows for the integration deployment (in past 10 years).

Demonstrated experience as a business analyst with at least one (1) cloud SaaS implementation with significant business transformation would be an asset.

The ideal candidate will have: Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and a minimum of six (6) years of Business Analyst experience in multi-year technical projects.

Clearly demonstrated experience in hands-on Business Systems Analyst experience, including requirement gathering and documentation, developing and managing a requirement traceability matrix, technical solution, and design analysis, developing product backlog, user stories and acceptance criteria (3 projects in the past 10 years)



Demonstrated experience in the past two years as a Business Analyst for a Property Assessment Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) project specific to service delivery agencies and government, and working on the requirement elicitation for the integration points with CAMA solution.

Demonstrated experience in producing visual diagrams that clearly depict the relationship between business functions and has developed the business process documents in the past 10 years Preferred Skills & Qualifications Current certification from a recognized qualified business analysis association, such as PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP would be an asset.
