Typical day in the role: Full-cycle AP: PO and non-PO invoices, high volume 3-way matching (PO, receiving docs, invoices) Weekly payment runs roughly $1M every second week, plus $200-300K weekly for discounted vendors (cheque, EFT, wire) Vendor statement reconciliation and discrepancy resolution Vendor and internal inquiries on payment status Supporting month-end close and audit requests No journal entries this is a pure AP execution role, not a GL/staff accountant seat Must have skills: Solid AP background 5+ years full-cycle AP strongly preferred Experience with large ERP systems in a large manufacturing environment (Site

Line V10 experience a big plus, but any large ERP background works)
