Le superviseur, Oprations ferroviaires, veillera ce que les mouvements des trains soient effectus l''heure, en toute scurit, efficacement et conomiquement sur l''ensemble du rseau de transport, conformment notre engagement envers nos clients et la mission d''Alstom qui consiste offrir un excellent service la clientle RESPONSABILITS PRINCIPALES: * Veiller ce que toutes les activits de transport et de service la clientle soient effectues en toute scurit, rapidement et avec courtoisie envers les clients, conformment aux politiques et pratiques de l''entreprise, aux rglements gouvernementaux, aux Rgles d''exploitation ferroviaire du Canada et aux instructions spciales. * Coordonner, diriger et superviser les mcaniciens de locomotive et les oprateurs de train en appliquant un haut niveau de comptences techniques et managriales lies la prestation du service la clientle, l''exploitation scuritaire des trains et la prestation d''un service de qualit conformment aux horaires de trains annoncs; * Signaler tous les accidents, draillements ou perturbations en assumant le rle principal de coordination de toutes les activits de Bombardier Transport et de la Maintenance des quipements avec le chemin de fer hte afin de minimiser les effets ngatifs sur les passagers tout en assurant un retour rapide l''exploitation normale.

Enquter sur les plaintes des clients, les accidents, les blessures, les violations des rgles et autres manquements du personnel. * Surveiller et prendre les mesures ncessaires pour assurer la performance des mcaniciens de locomotive et des oprateurs de train bord des trains; * valuer les rapports de train concernant la ponctualit et assurer rgulirement l''interface avec les centres de contrle de la circulation ferroviaire des chemins de fer htes ainsi qu''avec leurs responsables de l''exploitation afin d''assurer la coordination et la performance quotidienne des oprations ferroviaires et de ragir immdiatement aux carts par rapport au plan d''exploitation et de les corriger; PROFIL RECHERCH:



* Diplme collgial dans un domaine pertinent (Administration et/ou Ingnierie) * Vous dtenez une certification de mcanicien de locomotive + une qualification aux rgles et une certification aux Rgles d''exploitation ferroviaire du Canada (CROR); * Vous cumulez un minimum de cinq (5) ans d''exprience dans l''industrie ferroviaire en tant que mcanicien de locomotive, oprateur de train, superviseur ou chef de train; de plus, vous possdez une exprience pertinente en gestion des quipes * Microsoft office, SAP -------------------------------------------------------------------- Join us as Operation supervisor, and you''ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Montreal (QC), CA.

The Supervisor, Train Operations will ensure that train movements are operated on time, safely, efficiently and economically over the entire transit system consistent with our customer and Alstom mission of providing excellent Customer Service KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Ensure that all transportation and Customer Service activities are performed safely, promptly while providing a courteous service to clients in accordance with corporate policies, practices, government regulations, Canadian Rail Operating Rules and special instructions.-Coordinate, direct and supervise locomotive engineers and train operators through the application of a high level of technical and managerial skills related to Customer service delivery and the protected operation of trains and the provision of a quality service in accordance with the advertised train schedules;-Report all accidents, derailments or disruptions assuming the senior role coordinating all Bombardier Transportation and Equipment Maintenance activities with the host railway to minimize adverse effects to passengers while ensuring an expeditious return to normal operations.

Investigate customer complaints, accidents,



injuries, rule violations and other staff failures.-Monitor and undertake action to ensure performance of locomotive engineers and train operators on board trains;-Asses train reports for on-time performance and Interface regularly with host railways rail traffic control centers as well as host railway operating officers to ensure coordination and daily performance of train operations and to immediately respond and correct deviations to the operating plan; REQUIRED PROFILE: -College degree in a relevant field (Administration and/or Engineering)-You have a Locomotive Engineer certification + Rules Qualification and Canadian Rail Operating Rules (CROR) certification;-You cumulate minimum five (5) years of experience in the rail industry as either locomotive Engineer, Train Operator, Supervisor, Trainmaster; in addition, you have relevant experience in crew management-Microsoft office, SAP After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
