We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong banking and Risk IT experience to support system implementation and process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with business, development, QA, and project teams.

What you''ll do Analyze product attributes across lending, facility, security, finance transactions, derivatives, and related areas Perform data gap analysis across systems, processes, and procedures Create reporting logic, mapping documents, and business requirements Communicate requirements to development and QA teams Support testing, UAT, and production implementation Contribute to process reengineering and improvement initiatives Support user training and documentation Track project status and raise risks or issues to management and project teams What you bring and Must have skills Experience in systems implementation, process improvement,



or systems reengineering within banking or consulting Strong understanding of banking and risk-related concepts Experience with SQL and tools such as Hive, Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata, HUE, or Dremio Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power

Point, Project, Visio, and Access Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor''s degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field Nice to have Experience with Risk IT projects Knowledge of lending, derivatives, securities financing transactions, credit default swaps, guarantees, or letters of credit Experience supporting process reengineering and UAT Work setup Location: Toronto, ON Work type: Onsite 4 days per week Duration: 4+ months Interview: Face-to-face interview may be required
