The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, drive process improvements, support an upcoming ERP transition, and provide meaningful financial insights to help guide business decisions.

Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Own consolidated financial statements, management reporting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards.

Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting,



and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Lead and develop the accounting team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day accounting operations.

Oversee audit coordination, internal controls, compliance, payroll oversight, tax filings, and lender reporting requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, reporting efficiency, and process optimization.

Act as the finance lead on ERP implementation and system enhancement projects.
