Sheet Metal Operator Curtain Wall Division Evening Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Permanent Full-Time (40 hours/week) Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Sheet Metal Operator adjusts, cuts, and shapes aluminum parts with precision while following technical drawings and quality standards.

Read and interpret technical drawings to prepare, measure, and mark aluminum or steel based on drawings and templates.

Perform flat pattern calculations and optimize material usage.

Verify material availability in the ERP system.

Perform cutting, bending, punching, drilling, profiling,



and straightening operations on aluminum components.

Assemble aluminum panels.

Operate a forklift to transport aluminum sheets.

Grind and polish joints, connections, and rough surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.

Inspect parts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements.

Apply protective film to aluminum sheets and package finished products when required.

Replenish sheet metal storage drawers using a forklift.

Perform all other related duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS DEP in Sheet Metal Work or equivalent training and relevant experience.

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
